In those days there wasn't any of the super soft fleece we get these days, nor did I own a sewing machine with a blanket stitch. That blanket stitch was done by hand - many hours over many evenings!
Here is one of my latest blanket/rabbit sets - this doesn't have a recipient yet, but hopefully someone I know will have a little girl soon.
