I made a Japanese inspired bag for a birthday gift for a friend's daughter. It turned out beautifully and resulted in a commissioned sewing project. My friend paid for the fabrics and I made a bag for her and one for her Mom.
I didn't have enough fusible interface so I used some stiff sew-in interface from my stash - I'll never go back!
